There are no returns or exchanges, unless there is an issue on the part of J&S Designs.
Damages and issues
Your satisfaction is important to us, so please inspect your order when received and contact us within 2 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can contact us at jandsdesigns1@gmail.com. If your claim is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without notifying us of an issue will not be accepted.
